National Bank of Delaware County Expanding into Sullivan County
Delaware Bancshares, Inc has announced that its banking subsidiary, the National Bank of Delaware County (NBDC), has entered into an agreement to purchase six branch banking locations in Sullivan County.
James S. Starcuzzi, President and CEO of NBDC Bank, had this to say about the purchase:

Walton School District Proposes Cuts in Staffing and Extracurricular Activities
Walton Central School District continues to trim as the budget deadline approaches, and they are closer to a final proposed budget.
