The City Of Oneonta received a $400,000 New York State grant to help low to moderate income homeowners to improve their properties. In a statement, Mayor Gary Herzig says the award allows Oneonta to continue to implement its Comprehensive Housing Plan to provide safe affordable housing. The money will be used to address health and safety issues, correct deficiencies, and improve energy efficiency.
