A computer glitch is being blamed for the interruption on Wednesday of English Language Arts Common Core testing taking place at schools across New York State according to WKTV. It was the first day school districts could begin administering the exams for grades 3 through 8 and the glitch meant students couldn’t upload answers or work within the system. There has been no word on how many students statewide were affected. Districts have until April 20 to complete the tests.
