Delaware County Deputies Arrest Two for Alleged Larceny

Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a reported larceny in progress on North Road in the Town of Kortright, where individuals were loading scrap metal and an old horse trailer onto a trailer.

Deputies arrested 29 year old Clark Utter of Davenport and 22 year old Larry VanKeuren of Oneonta.

Both were charged with Petit Larceny and Trespass. They were released on appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Kortright Court on August 7th to answer the charges.
