A Walton man faces multiple charges after an arrest on February 13th by Walton Village Police.

Matthew Barnes, 32, faces two counts of possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree; three counts of criminal possession of stolen property; one count of identity theft, 3rd degree; and three counts of petit larceny.

Barnes was arraigned in Walton Village Court before Judge DiLorenzo and sent to the Delaware County Jail on $3,000 bail.

He is scheduled to reappear in Walton Village Court before Judge DiLorenzo on February 19th.
