Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a 46-year-old Tennessee man Wednesday for Driving While Intoxicated.

While on patrol a Sheriff Deputy rounded a blind curve and a vehicle was stopped in the westbound lane of state route 206 facing east. The sheriff deputy was able to avoid a head on collision.

Further investigation revealed that Dale Seward was passed out at the wheel and allegedly intoxicated. Seward was also charged with failure to keep right and unsafe tires.
