Gov. Andrew Cuomo has designated this week "Climate Week" to get New Yorkers thinking about the challenges of climate change. The action comes as more than 120 world leaders prepare to convene Tuesday in New York City for the United Nations Climate Summit. The meeting is aimed at galvanizing political will for a new global climate treaty by the end of 2015.
