The Wells Bridge rest stop on I-88 in Delaware County will reopen today after initially being being closed and then going through a full refurbishment. Senator James L. Seward will be at the reopening of the rest stop between exits 12 and 11 which first went into service in 1975. State officials closed Wells Bridge and the Worcester rest stop in 2010 due to budget cuts but Seward was able to get West Bridge reopened five years later.
