An autopsy is completed on a prisoner who died after being arrested in Oneonta last week. Authorities at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton say Kenneth Faulkner of New Rochelle died from a cocaine overdose. Faulkner had struggled with Oneonta Police as they were taking him into custody and he swallowed a packet believed to contain drugs. EMT’s brought him to Fox Hospital where he died a few hours later.
