A Delaware County cider maker is joining others across New York State in participating in this year’s Cider Week NYC. Wayside Cider of Andes was started in 2014 and according to their website the company makes modern American ciders that draw on the history and topography of the place where they live. Since its founding seven years ago, Cider Week has been an important way for New York’s apple growers and cider makers to join with restaurants, bars, bottle shops and markets as well as to connect directly with consumers.
