Morris Girl’s Death Turns To Homicide Investigation

An 11 year old girl from Morris was found dead Sunday at a home in Chenango County. According to New York State Police, a call came in about a girl in cardiac arrest at a home in the 900 block of County Road 33 in the town of Norwich and when officers arrived they found the girl identified as Jacelyn O’Connor had died. An investigation has led authorities to believe her death was a homicide.
