Walton Man Arrested on Child Endangerment Charges

On the 29th day of November at approximately 1:16 AM, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested and charged Dylan Debrock, 26, of Walton, New York with one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The arrest occurred after an investigation of a reported Domestic Incident in the Town of Walton. It is alleged that Debrock knowingly acted in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical, mental, and moral welfare of a child less than the age of 17. He was arraigned at the Town of Colchester Court where he was subsequently remanded to the custody of the Delaware county Correctional Facility en lieu of $1000.00 cash bail or $2000.00 in secured bonds. He was scheduled to appear before the Town of Walton Court at a later date for further process.
