200 State Troopers Graduate

Nearly 200 new troopers were honored Tuesday on completion of the 200th class of the State Police Academy in Albany.

One of the graduates, Trooper Jonathon D. Cook of Schenevus won the Joseph T. Aversa Award by achieving the highest score of all in the 200th class for his physical agility.

Cook will be assigned to Troop C in Sidney.
