Andrew Hafele Sentenced to 25 Years in Prison

A Delaware county man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison plus 5 years post release supervision after pleading guilty to manslaughter last month.

According to police Andrew Hafele, 38, and Michael Mills, Jr., 20, had gotten into a fight inside a shed next to a home on airport road in the town of Deposit last September.

Hafele hit Mills with a hammer several times, killing him. Under the new DNA law Hafele will also have to give a DNA sample.
