Bassett Healthcare Offering Free Community Baby Shower

For several years, Bassett Healthcare Network has sponsored a free event geared toward expectant parents and grandparents who want to be as prepared as possible to welcome a little one into the family.

On May 4 and the Foxcare Center in Oneonta from 9:00am to 12:00pm, it's the 7th Annual Community Baby Shower, a coordinated event between A.O. Fox Hospital and Building Healthy Families of Opportunities for Otsego (OFO).

Families can get all the information needed to "prepare for pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, parenthood, babies, and beyond". There will be quite a few programs represented to get information from and ask questions of those staff members.  Plus, there will be many giveaways, activities, car seat safety demonstrations, infant CPR instruction and more.
