Delaware County DA Announces Fraud Recovery

The Delaware County Department of Social Services and the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office announced they have recovered more than a half-million dollars in of fraudulently obtained benefits over the past 18 months. The latest recovery is more than $137,000 from 49-year-old Sheryl Arduini of Delhi, NY who investigators say fraudulently obtained food stamps, heating assistance, Medicaid and Daycare benefits over a five-year period.
