Delaware County Sheriff Announces Summer Camp Fund Drive

The Delaware County Sheriff’s department announces the start of the annual fund drive to benefit the Sheriff’s Summer Camp for underprivileged children through the New York State Sheriff’s Institute. The Institute provides centralized training programs and services for all Sheriffs’ Offices, where those programs and services would be unavailable or impractical on a single county basis.The Sheriff’s Summer Camp on Keuka Lake welcomes 840 children statewide with the Sheriff’s Institute paying the entire cost of the camp stay and transportation.
