Thursday evening, New York State Police were dispatched to a residence on Head Road in the town of Worcester, due to a report of a fire.  According to New York State Police, inside the residence, Kenneth W. Robinson, age 53 was found dead due to a gunshot wound.

Following an investigation, four people from Oneonta, NY have been arrested for Class A Felony of Murder in the second degree.  Additional charges are pending.

Two suspects are 15-years-old, a third suspect is 17-years-old and the fourth suspect is identified as 32-year-old Nicolas Meridy, age 32.  All four are currently in custody. Police report that the investigation is on-going, more details will be released later.
