Here's my take on everything that’s happened so far in 2020. Let's try not to dwell on the past because if you don't accept that those things happened, you'll always be stuck focusing on them. We want the new but we don't want to change the old ones. For example, we want to lose weight but don't want to change eating habits. The best thing you can do is focus on what you can control. If you focus on the fears, you'll die in frustration.
