Grand Gorge Man Steals from Restaurant Tip Jar

A man picking up a pizza from a Grand Gorge restaurant decides to take the tip for himself. Police say it happened early Wednesday when Robert Rose dipped into the employee tip jar as he made his way out of the Route 23 pizzeria. The restaurant notified authorities and Rose was apprehended at his home then booked for petit larceny and was released on his own recognizance. It’s not known if the stolen tips were recovered.
