How Often Do You Use Reusable Shopping Bags?

When Governor Cuomo announced his 2019-2020 New York State budget, a ban on single-use plastic bags for 2020 was included. That ban will go into effect with most retailers on March 1, 2020.

Following the announcement of that ban, the Otsego County Conservation Association launched a campaign to help people get in the habit of using reusable shopping bags to get ready for the ban. Are you getting into the habit of "packing your bags" before you go out shopping?
