Sunday is Easter and it's going to be a lot different this year because of the coronavirus. Here is some good news, according to reports the Easter Bunny is an essential worker.

That means the Easter Bunny will be coming to your place and could be leaving behind a Chocolate Bunny to eat. Have you ever asked yourself, "What is the proper way to eat it? I know I have and I'm sure (hope) that I'm not the only one.

There is one thing that you should know before you begin eating your Chocolate Bunny and that is...Don't name the bunny. If you name it Bugs or Peter Cottontail, then you may feel guilty eating it. If you want the bunny around longer, then naming it may be the best thing for you.

Proceed to gently remove the bunny from the box and eye it up and think about what part you're going to eat first. Take your time (we have a lot of that now) and prepare to take a bite from the selected part or area and continue until all the part is gone or you're full.

Put it away until you want to eat some more (which may mean seconds after it leaves your hand) and eat another part. Do this until the bunny is gone. Here's a trick I learned: If you want the bunny to last longer, freeze it before eating it.

It's suggested that you don't eat the eyes (unless it's made of chocolate) because it could hurt your teeth. Here's my suggestion: If you do eat the eyes, don't yell out "Stop staring at me."

In all seriousness, we know that this Easter will be different in many ways because of COVID-19. If you know someone that may be spending it alone, take some time on Sunday (or any day) and give them a call. Tell them that the Bunny dropped off some treats for them at your place and that you'll bring them by when you're able.
