Makeup Artist Transforms into Reba, Dolly in Slightly Terrifying Videos

Honestly, I don't know whether to be impressed or terrified.

Makeup artist Liss Lacão has become a TikTok sensation after posting videos using makeup to transform into celebrities. In videos dating back to April, she's transformed into everyone from Queen Elizabeth and Tiger King's Joe Exotic to John Travolta and Cher. Her transformations are so accurate that you have to do a double-take to make sure it's not actually the celebrity in question.

When it comes to the world of country music, Lacão certainly hasn't passed up the opportunity to pay homage to some of the genre's most iconic stars. In two highly-requested videos, the London-based artist took on the looks of Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton.

There's a whole lot of contouring and highlighting involved, and by the end of the videos, the results are incredible. A commenter on Lacão's Reba video even wrote "she looks more like Reba than Reba does," and it's hard to disagree!

On her Instagram, Lacão wrote that her Dolly transformation truly took 9 to 5 to complete, surely with the help of a LOT of hairspray and a whole tube of mascara!

2020 has been a big year for Reba in a year where most artists were out of work amidst the coronavirus pandemic. In October, she hosted the 2020 CMA Awards alongside country icon and Hootie and the Blowfish frontman Darius Rucker. Reba was also announced as part of the cast of an NBC series based on the novel and movie Fried Green Tomatoes.
