New York’s Gaming Commission has set the date of June 13th to introduce a new multi-state lottery game that would pay $1,000 per day for life.

The new game is called Cash for Life and replaces the Sweet Million drawing. As of now the new game will include New Jersey players, with other states possibly joining next year. Both Virginia and Ohio have shown interest. It's estimated that the Cash for Life game will provide $8 to $9 million more per year for education than the Sweet Million did.

The drawings will be on Mondays and Thursdays beginning June 16th.
