No Injuries Reported in Bainbridge House Fire

The Bainbridge Fire Department responded to reports of a garage fire in Bainbridge just after 4 am Tuesday.

Upon arrival at the scene on Loomis Road in Bainbridge, it was determined that it was an unoccupied house fire.

Bainbridge firefighters were assisted by the Afton and Coventry Fire Departments and were still at the scene at 9 am. No injuries were reported, but the home was a total loss.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation by the Chenango County Bureau of Fire.
