NYS Closes All DMV Offices; Only Reservations Accepted

In the latest round of announced closings, New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo has now closed DMV offices.  Here is the statement:

At @NYGovCuomo's direction, DMV will move to Reservation Only in our 27 state-run offices to limit person-to-person contact and reduce density in response to the evolving #Coronavirus situation.
