Police Investigating Robbery at Afton Xtra Mart

State Police are investigating a robbery that happened in the village of Afton early Thursday morning at the Xtra Mart on Main Street.

The investigation revealed that a white male entered the store about 2:09 a.m. Thursday wearing a bandana over his face, displaying a knife and demanding cash.

Police say he exited the store with cash and got into a 2011 black Nissan Maxima where another person was waiting.

The vehicle registration is FDD-1366. Anyone with information on the robbery should contact police at 607-561-7400.
