State Senator James Seward issued an update on his discussions with Frontier Communications and the state Public Service Commission over recent services outages in western Otsego and Delaware Counties. Seward issued a statement saying he is told steps are being taken to improve service, but the proof is in the pudding and he will remain vigilant encouraging constituents to keep him apprised of any additional problems. Seward said people who live in rural areas should not be left behind or treated like second-class citizens.
