Sheriffs Make Arrest in Vandalism Investigation

The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office apprehends a suspect in a months-long investigation into vandalism in the town of Hamden. It was the result of citizen complaints that a driver went into a hay field on multiple occasions doing damage by spinning the vehicle in a circle. Security video provided an image of the vehicle and its driver was pulled over on Monday in Hamden. 18-year-old Austin J.P. Moxham now faces multiple charges. He was booked then released on his own recognizance.
