The Village of Stamford is the recipient of nearly $1.7 million in state funding for work to support bicycle, pedestrian and traffic enhancements. The money will be used for pedestrian accessibility enhancements along Main Street and covers about 80 percent of the project costs. The projects were selected through a competitive solicitation process.
