The Lofts On Dietz Are Coming

The project to bring mixed-used development along the west side of Dietz Street in Oneonta, along with an Artspace-like building may be a step closer to reality when the Oneonta City Council meets this Tuesday night. According to AllOTSEGO, the council is expected to approve hiring Parkview Development & Construction from Westchester County to construct the 66-unit projects being called The Lofts on Dietz. The father-son team are scheduled to attend the July 16 Common Council meeting at City Hall to go over preliminary plans.
