On Monday night, (Nov. 25) the 11 remaining Voice contestants continued their way in the Finals round, where they performed live for coaches coaches Blake SheltonKelly Clarkson, Gwen Stefani and John Legend, as well as for America's votes. On Tuesday, cuts would be made. Who would make it through?

While the contestants, as well as viewers, bit their nails, the show made sure to lighten things up with some team live performances. Shelton was slated to take the stage with his "crew," and luckily enough, this happened after his own Ricky Duran was marked "go" by America's vote.

With Duran safe from harm, Shelton, along with Kat Hammock (not yet saved) took the stage for a slightly bizarre version of the '70’s hit “Takin Care of Business” by Bachman Turner Overdrive. Shelton reserved his talents to the opening verse, switching to a proud-papa vibe as Duran earnestly belted out his lines (in a manner that matched the song's vibe) against Hammock's feathery smooth delivery (which contrasted rather markedly with the workingman feel of the song).

All in all, it was a little weird tossed together, but coach Legend seemed to be digging it, doing a little dance in his red chair. And, odd or not, Hammock was also saved by America's votes.

We'll be following along each week to keep up with the Season 17 competition, so be sure to check in weekly to check the progress of your favorites on the show.
