Two area agencies providing services for special needs homeless individuals are sharing in $30 million of awards to create supportive housing units. According to Governor Cuomo's Office, Altamont-based Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. which covers Otsego County and Catholic Charities of Delaware, Otsego and Schoharie Counties will be using the funding to provide rental assistance and services to eligible target populations to ensure their housing stability. The awards are the fourth round of funding from the Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative.
