Walton Man Faces 10 Felony Charges

A Walton man faces ten felony charges from an investigation of a complaint of on-going violations of an Order of Protection. Police say 62-year-old James Decker is incarcerated at the Delaware County Correctional Facility and while behind bars made phone calls to a protected party in violation of the provisions of an Order of Protection issued by the Village of Walton Court. Decker was notified of the charges last Friday and will be arraigned in the Town of Delhi Court at a later date.
