Walton Theatre to Hold Fundraising Benefit for New Digital Projector

The Walton Theatre is having a fundraising benefit show to raise money to upgrade its projector from a 35 millimeter to digital quality Saturday night.

The cost of a new projector is $70,000.

Jim Richardson of the Walton theatre preservation association tells us why this is so important for the wellbeing of the theatre.

The benefit show at 8 p.m. Saturday night is “An Evening with Patsy Cline”, starring Cassie Buckley, reprising her role from the very popular 2011 Oneonta Theatre production of “Always Patsy Cline”.
