Walton Woman Arrested for Felony Aggravated DWI

State troopers have arrested a Walton woman for felony aggravated driving while intoxicated. The charge is a felony due to Leandra’s Law.

The arrest occurred after troopers at the Delaware Valley Hospital observed an intoxicated woman walk into the hospital after driving herself. An investigation seemed to show that Dawn Otte, 31, had also dropped off a child under 16 years of age prior to arriving at the hospital intoxicated.

Otte was arraigned in the Village of Walton Court and then released without bail required.
