A Walton library is awarded a grant of just over $200,000 for repairs and upgrades. The money for the The William B. Ogden Library was presented through the New York State Aid for Library Construction Program. Among the work is installation of new attic insulation, roof replacement and the replacement of all gutters. Also two of three bluestone chimneys will be refurbished. Work is being done within state and federal guidelines as the the library is on the National Register of Historic Places.
