A Worcester woman has been indicted for killing her infant twins. According to the Otsego County Sheriff's Office, 27-year-old Kimberly N. Steeley is accused of causing the deaths of the one-month-olds in June 2018 by asphyxiation.

An initial investigation determined the two had died from sudden infant death syndrome as the infants were each found in their bassinets. Steeley was indicted on two counts of second-degree manslaughter and according to court records, was given a $10,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond. She is due back in court June 3.
