Missing Norwich Woman Investigation Ongoing

The investigation into the disappearance of Norwich woman 51-year-old Krista M. Kosowsky continues.

Upon locating Kosowsky's vehicle in the parking lot of the Norwich Wal-Mart Monday, Norwich police, state troopers and forest rangers searched wooded and swamp areas behind the Wal-Mart near the Chenango River. She was not located.

Tuesday, officers on the ground and forest rangers in an airboat continued the search, but still did not locate Kosowsky. Norwich Police Chief Joseph Angelino added that Gary Kosowsky, Krista's husband, has been helpful and cooperative in the search for his wife.

Police ask that anyone that may have seen the gold Grand Prix in the Wal-Mart parking lot should call Norwich police at 334-1212  or state police at Norwich at 334-3296.
